What time does breakfast start?
Breakfast at Sky Terrace begins at 7 A.M. The last order at the kitchen is at 10:15 A.M., and the buffet starts to be cleared at 10:30 A.M. If you need breakfast earlier, we can arrange breakfast boxes, which should be requested at the front desk during check-in. Additionally, we offer in-room breakfast service (additional charges apply).
Do you allow smoking in guest rooms?
All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. However, we have designated smoking areas within the hotel’s public spaces.
Do you have a room with balconies?
The hotel has a limited number of Luxury Suites with private balconies. Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the room’s availability.
Do you have twin bed rooms?
Twin beds are available only in the Urban Suite category, subject to daily availability. All other suites feature king-sized beds. Alternatively, we can arrange an extra bed for a secondary guest, though availability is not guaranteed. We recommend checking the availability of the extra bed with the reception upon check-in.

How many guests are allowed in the room?
For your comfort, our hotel policy allows a maximum of three guests per suite, with the third person accommodated on a chargeable extra bed. For optimal comfort and a pleasant stay, we highly recommend reserving two rooms.
How many people can you accommodate in your meeting rooms?
Our meeting rooms can accommodate up to 200 guests, depending on the table layout and type of event.
